Any Condominium price negotiations (except the prices indicated per Schedule A), by the prospective or actual buyers shall immediately revoke the amenities advertised by the Sponsor and Buyer automatically and perpetually waive any and legal rights to bring action against the Sponsor for Amenities advertised per advertising state and federal regulations. By making an offer lower than advertised prices per the Schedule A, Buyer expressly agrees to this notice and further agrees to forfeit and forego any and all Amenities advertised. If a prospective buyer agrees to purchase at the Schedule A advertised prices, the Amenities shall be delivered or service commences within 30 business days of the Title Transfer to the new owners.
